Feeling Loopy Top RTW

Fitted at the bodice, full at the hem, this sweet little top of fluffy-ruffly goodness is sure to fill those whimsical wardrobe dreams.

This top features a fun and playful gathered semi-circle panel on either side of the bottom skirt portion. Choose your combination of back ties versus invisible zipper and narrow straps versus wide fabric ribbons that tie in a bow. Spinning is highly recommended while wearing the finished gathered garment. May result in feeling loopy.
